Al Parsai

Al ParsaiAl Parsai is an Adjunct Professor in Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law. He holds an LL.M degree in Dispute Resolution from York University and an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Before joining Queen’s Faculty of Law, Al taught Immigration Consulting courses at Ashton College and the Global School of Corporate Excellence. A central theme of Al’s teaching is to integrate broad approaches to immigration law with more specific, evidence-based strategies that help address different programs available for immigration applicants. 

Al Parsai has extensive experience as an author and has delivered speeches and courses in Canada, Iran, the UAE and the UK. He has been interviewed on Canadian Lawyer, the National Post, and other news media.

Al, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, has practiced immigration since 2011, specifically in temporary residence, permanent residence, IRB hearings, and inadmissibility. 

In addition to his work as a Professor, Al Parsai has his immigration firm in downtown Toronto, Ontario. He has represented hundreds of applicants from more than 50 countries to the Canadian immigration authorities.
