Christa Bracci is an adjunct professor at Queen's Law where she has taught legal research, legal writing and legal practice skills for over ten years. She has worked and practiced in a range of environments including government, small boutique firm and large national firm.

Grace Daccache 

Grace Daccache has been an immigration consultant since 2008, authorized by the ICCRC and the Quebec Regulatory council, and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. She manages her own practice Daccache Immigration inc and in 2018 was appointed as an instructor at College La Salle.
Aris Daghighian

Aris Daghighian

Aris Daghighian is a senior associate with Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Aris’ practice focuses on appeals and litigation, as well as economic immigration applications, refugee claims, and issues surrounding citizenship. In 2019, Aris was recognised by Who’s Who Legal (WWL) as a “Future Leader” under 45.

Chantal Desloges is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in both Citizenship/Immigration law and Refugee law. She leads her own law firm in downtown Toronto. In 2013, Chantal was appointed by the Minister of Justice to serve on the Federal Court Rules Committee.

She is in an experienced author, instructor, curriculum developer and presenter of legal information to various professional and public audiences.

Stephen Green is a Managing Partner at Green and Spiegel and is Certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by The Law Society of Ontario. Stephen has been practicing immigration law for over 30 years and has extensive experience in all areas of Canadian immigration.

Kim K.C. Ly is a member of the ICCRC-CRCIC with over 25 years of experience in the immigration field. She is a regular presenter on various immigration topics and currently serves on CAPIC-ACPII’s BOD, is co-Chair for the City of London’s policy & lobbying taskforce and a member of the London Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs committee.

Ronald Poulton is considered one of the leading authorities on immigration law in Canada. He has worked for the United Nations, is a regular speaker at the Canadian Bar Association and has written and published two books. Ronald continues to practice immigration law in Toronto.

Rafeena Rashid is co-founder of Rashid Urosevic LLP, a boutique immigration and citizenship law firm. Rafeena completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007. Prior to this, she explored migration-related issues while obtaining her Master’s degree in Legal Studies.

Harini Sivalingam (she/her) is completing a PhD in Socio-Legal Studies at York University. Harini obtained her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, her Masters of Law at McGill University, and is a member of the Ontario Bar. Her research interests include immigration and refugee law and securitization of borders.

Jelena Urosevic

Jelena Urosevic is the co-founder of Rashid Urosevic LLP, a boutique immigration and citizenship law firm in Toronto, Ontario. Jelena completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2008. She handles all types of Canadian immigration and citizenship matters, including litigation.
