Ankita GoyalAnkita Goyal is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and educator with extensive experience in immigration advising, policy interpretation, and international student support.

She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (EdD) at Northeastern University in Boston, where her research focuses on the immigration challenges faced by international students in Canada, including the intersection of immigration policy, academic integration, and mental health. Ankita holds a Certificate in Immigration: Law, Policies, and Procedures from the University of British Columbia, where she graduated as Valedictorian. She also holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Family Business, where she also graduated as a Valedictorian, a Master’s in Information Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications from Panjab University, India.

Ankita brings over several years of professional experience in higher education and immigration services. She serves as an International Student and Scholar Advisor at Northeastern University in Vancouver, where she provides immigration advising and advocacy for a diverse student population. She is also the founder and principal consultant at Immigracia Visa Consulting Inc., where she assists clients with a wide array of Canadian immigration services, including study permits, work permits, permanent residence pathways, citizenship, and family sponsorship applications. Her professional background includes roles at the University of British Columbia, where she provided admissions advising and immigration support to international students.

In addition to her work in advising and consulting, Ankita teaches immigration law courses at Ashton College and is a frequent speaker and presenter at immigration workshops, professional seminars, and national conferences.  

With a multidisciplinary background and a passion for ethical immigration practice, Ankita is dedicated to equipping future immigration professionals with the knowledge, critical thinking, and integrity necessary to serve clients effectively in Canada's evolving immigration landscape.
