Ben ChongBenedict Chong (Ben) is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed since 2017 and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). His practice encompasses a broad range of Canadian immigration matters, including economic immigration, family sponsorship, provincial nominee programs, and temporary residence application.

Ben holds a BA (Honours) in Mass Communication from Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom and graduated with honours from Ashton College’s Immigration Consultant Diploma program. Prior to joining SYMY Immigration Consultants & Recruitment in 2020, he founded the3sixty immigration consulting inc, an independent immigration practice, where he developed a strong foundation in client representation and practice management.

In his current role at SYMY Immigration Consultants & Recruitment, Ben provides leadership in practice operations, overseeing a multidisciplinary team while supporting regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management, and client service. He has led the implementation of standard operating procedures, operational policies, and training resources, while mentoring consultants and contributing to the firm’s operational effectiveness and professional standards.

As an instructor, Ben teaches Immigration Practice Management, drawing on practical experience in immigration file management, practice operations, workflow design, compliance, and professional standards. His instruction emphasizes the practical application of effective systems and sound professional judgment, equipping future practitioners with the knowledge and skills to establish and maintain ethical, efficient and client-focused immigration practices. He also serves as a mentor in the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants’ New-Licensee Mentoring Program, supporting newly licensed consultants as they transition into professional practice.
