Dalia Milmantas is originally from Lithuania and holds a Bachelor of Education degree, a Legal Assistant Diploma from Humber College, and an Immigration Consultant Certificate from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and has been a long-standing member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
With a strong dedication to education and professional development, Dalia has taught multiple immigration law courses at CDI College, served as a regular CPD presenter for CAPIC and the Immigration Learning and Information Centre (IMLIN), and continues to contribute to the development and delivery of Entry-to-Practice Exam (EPE) preparation courses for CAPIC.
Dalia has been active in the Canadian immigration field since 1998 and has been a licensed Immigration Consultant since 2008. Her professional journey includes experience with two prominent law firms in Toronto, where she gained in-depth knowledge across a broad range of immigration categories.
As the founder and principal of Milmantas Immigration Services, Dalia specializes in Economic Class, complex Family Class, Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) applications, Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) applications, responses to Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs), and resubmission of previously refused TRV applications.
Dalia is known for her diligence, strategic insight, and dedication to providing thorough representation in every immigration matter she manages.
