Rebeka Lauks is an immigration and refugee lawyer based in Toronto. Prior to starting her own firm in 2022, Rebeka worked at internationally recognized immigration and refugee law firms, Waldman & Associates and Battista Smith Migration Law Group, as well as with the United Nations Refugee Agency in Honduras.
Rebeka’s practice focuses on representing clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and Federal Court, as well as in family sponsorship, economic, and humanitarian and compassionate applications.
Rebeka received her law degree from University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and was called to the bar in 2014.
