Alyssa Manning was called to the bar in 2008. After articling at Parkdale Community Legal Services, she operated a sole immigration and refugee law practice in Toronto, and acted as legal counsel for the Iraq War Resisters Support Campaign. Alyssa then joined the Refugee Law Office at Legal Aid Ontario in 2012 where she is currently a Lawyer - Manager. Alyssa appears before all Divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board, as well as before the Federal Courts. She has represented public interest interveners at the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
