Burcu first set foot on her path as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in February 2019. Before this, she had spent seventeen fruitful years as an educator and a leader in education. This rich background inspired her to establish her own company, Northern Pathways Immigration Consulting in Toronto. Always clear in her entrepreneurial dreams, she took the company from a one-person operation to a team of eight within five years.
Northern Pathways has carved out a niche for itself, specializing in areas like Economic Immigration Programs, Family Sponsorship, and Temporary Residence, with a particular focus on study permits. Burcu wholeheartedly advocates a dynamic approach, a growth mindset, and strategic positioning. She emphasizes these principles are key, no matter if one is five or fifteen years into their profession.
Beyond her roles as an RCIC and a business owner, Burcu is a self-proclaimed tech enthusiast. She believes in harnessing the power of technology and social media to scale her business, streamline operations, and establish herself as a trusted authority in the eyes of both existing and potential clients. She's certain that this forward-thinking approach not only amplifies the abilities of RCICs but also gives them a competitive edge in the fast-paced modern market.
