Clinton J. Green, the founder and principal lawyer at Green Immigration Law, is committed to a client-centered approach. With a decade of experience practicing Canadian immigration law at leading firms, he partners with a diverse range of clients—from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups and entrepreneurs—to implement effective Canadian immigration strategies.
Clinton’s dedication to immigration law is deeply rooted in his family’s journey to Canada. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, where he was recognized with the Joel S. Guberman Prize in Immigration Law for achieving the highest standing in the course and the Dean’s Gold Key Award.
As a complement to his practice, Clinton is an active volunteer; currently, he serves as Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Citizenship & Immigration Section. In 2024, he received the prestigious Canadian Bar Association Immigration Law Section Volunteer Recognition Award.
