Esha SharmaDr. Esha Sharma is a distinguished faculty member at The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultant (CICC), specializing in the Specialization Program (SP-IRB), and is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Holding a Ph.D. in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resource Management, Dr. Sharma boasts over twenty years of teaching experience in human resources and organizational behavior.

Prior to her tenure at CICC, Dr. Sharma contributed her expertise to Humber College, where she taught the Immigration Practitioner Program (IPP) for four years. Her diverse background includes roles in both academia and the corporate sector, where she taught in esteemed business schools and served as a management consultant for multinational companies. It was during this time that her interest in immigration was piqued, particularly through her involvement in expat integration into the workforce.

Dr. Sharma's dedication extends beyond the classroom; she is the founder of an Immigration Consulting firm specializing in Entrepreneurial and Business Immigration programs. Furthermore, her commitment to community service is demonstrated through her volunteer work with organizations such as United Way and the Pan Am Games. Dr. Sharma has also lent her expertise to the nonprofit sector, serving on the Board of Directors for a charitable organization.
