Jeffrey Chang is a Manager and Immigration Consultant with EY Law LLP, focusing on Canadian immigration related matters. He advises clients relating to various immigration matters to ensure foreign nationals can work and reside legally in Canada. His area of expertise includes advising on Labour Market Impact Assessments, Work Permits under various exemptions, Study Permits, various Permanent Residence streams, and Canadian Citizenship matters. He has extensive experience in serving multinational and domestic companies in various sectors including Tech, Digital Media (Films & Entertainment), Energy, Pharmaceutical, and more. He is well-versed in employing creative strategies to help foreign enterprises set up initial operations in Canada.
As a member in good standing of the ICCRC, Jeffrey has practiced immigration law since June 2012. He previously worked for a popular immigration law boutique law firm that catered to Chinese applicants.
Jeffrey is currently a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants.
He graduated from the University of British of Columbia with a degree in Psychology. He was born in Taiwan and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia.
