Joanna LauJoanne Lau is the Interim Director of Legal Services of the Chinese and Southeast Asian Legal Clinic (CSALC) where she was the staff lawyer for over 20 years. During her time there, she represented clients before the Immigration Appeal Division and Federal Court on immigration matters. She was a presiding member of the Consent and Capacity Board of Ontario and is currently a member of the Toronto Licensing Tribunal and the Tribunal Committee of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants adjudicating professional misconduct cases.
