Quynh Ba Le (Peter Le) is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC#: R706056) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). He is a Gold Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC ID: R21045), a member of the Vietnamese RCICs Group, and an ApplyBoard International Recruitment Partner and Course Counsellor.
In 2019, Mr. Le founded FCB Immigration Corp., where he serves as the Principal Immigration Consultant, providing authorized Canadian immigration consultancy and representation services. He was previously a Practice Management Education (PME) Instructor at CICC, where he developed and delivered courses on Canadian Immigration Practice Management Education. His other related experience includes working with international development organizations such as Oxfam, focusing on anti-trafficking in women and children, migration, and livelihoods in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Le holds an Immigration Practitioner Diploma (CSIC), a Medical Doctor degree from Hanoi/Bac Thai Medical University, a Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne, and a PhD from the University of Calgary.
