Rathika Vasavithasan (she/her) was called to the Ontario bar in 2012 and has practiced immigration, refugee and poverty law in sole practice and as a staff lawyer at Parkdale Community Legal Services, South Asian Legal Clinic of Ontario and the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic. Rathika has also taught immigration, refugee and poverty law in clinical and adjunct positions with Osgoode Hall Law School and Windsor Law, and she tries to use her legal skills to support movements for intersectional migrant justice.
