Rupali Gulati
Rupali has more than twenty years of mainstream Canadian immigration processing experience, about half of which is in the capacity of a CIC (now IRCC) employee. She also possesses several years of hands-on experience as an Immigration Case Analyst at the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi, India. The latter half of her immigration experience is on the other side of the table – first as a Senior Immigration Case Manager at Green & Spiegel LLP and then as an RCIC/Principal Consultant at Synergy Immigration Inc., a full-service immigration consultancy firm located at the Oakville-Mississauga border.
Rupali holds a Bachelor of Education (with Honours), a Bachelor of Science, and an Immigration Consultant Certificate (with Honours) from Humber College, Toronto. Her practice consists of advising, counselling, and guiding clients regarding their immigration goals and representing their interests to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Employment and Skills Development Canada (ESDC), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), and the ATIP Division.
Rupali speaks five languages fluently and can read and write in four. She is a passionate advocate of the immigration consulting profession and is constantly working toward raising its standards. To this end, she volunteers her time with CAPIC as a member of its Education Committee and is always approachable to new practitioners who wish to discuss their immigration matters with her.
