Sharon Stewart GuthrieSharon Stewart Guthrie was called to the Bar in 2004. She studied Law at Osgoode Hall Law School and graduated in 2003. Prior to that, she graduated from McGill University with a major in English, Film and Communications.

Sharon has worked at the Ontario Regional Office of the Department of Justice since her call to the bar. Her practice has focused almost entirely on immigration law, with a particular focus on inadmissibility, enforcement and detention cases. She has appeared numerous times before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario on immigration, refugee and citizenship matters.
